BDC Services Australian Delivery Policy

This document together with the Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions adopted by us from time to time and available on the Policy and any other terms and conditions adopted by us from time to time and available on www.bdcservices.com.au (Website) constitute the legal relationship between you and us in respect your engagement with BDC Services including the use of its website.

1             Australian Delivery and Shipping Information

BDC Services delivers within Australia using three shipping services. All delivery costs and times displayed below are indicative only and actual delivery costs and times will vary depending on the products requested, stock availability, and delivery location. For urgent orders, or to request estimated delivery times for your order please contact us on the details below

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

 

Australian Standard Delivery

AU$ provided on checkout

Up to 7 Business Days

  • For items up to 30kg, Australian Standard Delivery is available
  • For items over 30kg, or bulky items, Australian Standard Delivery is available where the delivery location has a forklift to unload items.
    • No lifting equipment will be provided for this delivery
    • Delivery to residential or business address in business hours between 9am – 5pm only
    • Heavy equipment will only be delivered to kerbside, or loading dock
    • Delivery cannot be scheduled, and no call will be provided prior to delivery

Australian Plus Delivery

AU$ provided on quote request

Up to 7 Business Days

  • For items over 30kg, or bulky items, Australian Plus Delivery is required
  • Single person operated lifting equipment will be used for this delivery
    • Delivery to residential or business address in business hours between 9am – 5pm only
    • Kerbside or loading dock delivery only
    • Delivery cannot be scheduled, and no call will be provided prior to delivery

Australian Premium Delivery

AU$ provided on quote request

Up to 7 Business Days

  • For items over 30kg, certain sensitive and bulky items, or where delivery is required outside of kerbside or loading docks, Australian Premium Delivery is required.
  • This includes the appropriate lifting equipment, a delivery crew as required, delivery to final location, unpacking, and packaging removal.
  • Delivery to residential or business address in business hours between 9am – 5pm only
  • Delivery may be scheduled, and a call may be provided prior to delivery upon request

 

2             Stock availability

All Quotes are provided and Purchase Orders are accepted at the discretion of BDC Services, and are subject to availability. Where stock is unavailable or on backorder, BDC Services will contact you regarding estimated time of delivery, or to provide discuss alternative arrangements.

3             Limitation of liability

BDC Services shall not be responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused as a result of missed, late or failed deliveries to the Customer or other end user. The Customer shall pay to BDC Services all reasonable costs associated with the any missed, late or failed deliveries such as cost to reschedule delivery.

Title and Risk of Loss.  Title of products supplied by the BDC Services will not pass to the Customer and will remain with the BDC Services until the Product, and/or Services supplied have been paid in full. Risk of loss passes to Customer on acceptance of delivery by the End User. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods before acceptance of delivery, and the Customer must contact BDC Services immediately on the details below where delivery is rejected.

4             Pick up and other delivery options

You may organise your own delivery, or organise pick up for certain products. BDC Services may also deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact us on the details below for more information.

5             Authority to Leave

Where you have notified us of an “Authority to Leave” in writing, you agree that BDC Services will deliver the products to your nominated address, and may leave those good unattended. Further, the Customer agrees that BDC Services will not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of such instructions and agree to indemnify the BDC Services against any claims made against it by the Customer, any end user or other third party in relation to the Authority to Proceed.
